Box 12710 <br />Palm Desert, California 92255 <br />Re: Munroe Permit Amendment Application <br />Permit Number M-77-002HR <br />Dear Mr. Sandifer, <br />On September 24, 1993 Colorado Lien Company received an <br />Acreage Reduction approval from the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board of 2.0 acres at the Munroe Gypsum Quarry. <br />This Acreage Reduction was for reclamation of mined land. Colorado Lien <br />Company has now applied for a Permit Amendment to allow mining <br />on an additional 2.4 acres which would bring the permitted area <br />up to a total of 9.9 acres. <br />The permit applied for is a Limited Impact Operation <br />(110(2)).
