Long <br />Division Director <br />The proposed decision to approve the Phase II bond release request (SL-02) was published by <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) in the Huerfano World on December 19 and <br />December 26, 1996. The required 30-day public comment period expired with no public <br />comment or objection to the partial bond release. Therefore, the Division's decision is final. The <br />revised liability of this site is now $38,000.00. You may want to replace or reduce the bond <br />instrument as a result of this decision. If so, please forward a new or revised bond to our office <br />at your convenience, attention Debbie Mulloy.
