This request is necessary to allow our hydrology consultant <br />(George Hoffman) more time respond to issues relating to the recent OSM/DMG special focus <br />hydrology inspection.. As you will recall, we agreed to place our responses to the special focus <br />inspection into the 1996 annual report document.
