Map
M-52 was also changed from a I"=2000' scale to I "=1000' to better illustrate hydrology monitoring sites and
roads. Permit page 3-176 (Volume 3) is revised to reference light use roads delineation on Map M-52.
Pre-existing light use roads used by Trapper personnel to access remote hydrology monitoring sites, survey
points, etc. are delineated separately on Map M-52 from light use roads constructed by Trapper. We are com-
mitted to final reclamation of light use roads constructed by Trapper but will only maintain pre-mining light use
roads in as good or better condition as they existed at the time they were included within the permit area. Two
track roads located within unreclaimed pit disturbance areas aze not considered light use roads as defined by
CDMG rules and are not designated as such on Map M-52.
If you have any questions or concerns about this proposed minor revision, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Fortest V.
