The violation was issued from the
office on December 12, 1995 after initial and secondary reviews of
the 1994 AHR.
The operator initially did not report TDS values for the subject
wells and during the initial review was asked to provide the
missing data. The operator responded that the laboratory
periodically fails to perform all required tests and by the time
Bear discovers that fact, it is too late to obtain the data.
Whatever the reason, the data was in fact missing and therefore a
violation was issued.
Abatement was for the operator to submit a letter to the Division
stating their understanding of the sampling requirements and
providing assurance to the Division that every effort will be made
to collect this data in the future. The abatement date was
December 15, 1995 and the operator submitted an acceptable
abatement letter to the Division on December 14, 1995. No other
information has been submitted as of this date.
If you have any questions, please see me.
