C-84-057 <br />Dear Ms. Zelletti: <br />This letter is to inform you that the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Di vi son <br />has scheduled a formal public hearing for the purpose of requesting that the <br />dined Land Reclamation Board declare the performance bond in the amount of <br />5140,000.00 for the Peerless Resources Inc. Coal Gulch Mine (Permit No. <br />C-84-067) as forfeited. The area affected by this action is contained within <br />the permit area of the Coal Gulch tdine, including portions of Sections 16, 21, <br />and 22, T35N, R1041, N.M. Prime Meridian in La Plata County. The hearing will <br />be held December 13-14, 1988 in Room 220 at the address below.
