I can confirm that the area has <br />been extremely muddy this year. Currently there is about 1 foot <br />of snow on the ground. An extension to February 15, 1993 would be <br />more than 90 days past the NOV issuance dates so your signature is <br />required. <br />Attached are the necessary forms.
