(AI) is hereby <br />requesting that the Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) decision date regarding the <br />permit amendment application be extended an additional thirty days, from December 10, <br />2002 to January 10, 2003. A legal right of entry regarding the small area of the permit <br />boundary located outside the lease boundary, is currently being negotiated with the <br />property owners. The legal right of entry demonstration will be provided to the DMG as <br />soon as it is available.
