Rule 4.03.1(1)(f)(ii). The existing light-use road is indicated as permanent on page 4-53 of <br />the PAP, and the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has approved its permanent <br />retention (Findings, Permit Renewal 3, page 12). However, no direct written request for retention <br />of the road by the landowner was found during this review. Please provide the location of the <br />specific request by the landowner, or provide one for inclusion in the PAP. <br />Item 2. Please revise the table of contents for Section 2.
