Long <br />Division Duec~or <br />On August 19, 1997 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on July 30, 1997, addressing the following: <br />Mine to have an Intermittent Activity Status <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-77-168. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-77-168 remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />Please be aware that approval of an intermittent activity status for the mine also involves certain <br />reporting requirements for the Operator.
