Cattany <br />TWentymlle Coal Company Division Director <br />29515 Routt County Road #27 Natural Resourte Trustee <br />Oak Creek, CO 80467 <br />Re: Foidel Creek Mine, Permit C-1982-056 <br />Technical Revision 7-60 <br />Preliminary Adequacy Review, 2 <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has completed another <br />preliminazy adequacy review (PAR) of the subject Technical Revision application (TR- <br />60) after receipt of you information under a cover letter of May 24, 2007. <br />Item 1. Rule 2.05.4(2)(b). A reclamation estimate of $9,700 was submitted with the <br />application. The estimate submitted is acceptable to the Division. The estimate for <br />reclamation prepared by the Division was $5,007. By telephone call of May 31, 2007, the <br />Division estimate will become part of the application. <br />Item 2. A presentation on small area exemptions (SAE) begins on page 2.05-79.1 <br />(09/07/05. MROS-197). The 18-Right Ventilation Shaft (TR04-44) site is discussed on <br />page 2.05-84 (07/2/05, MROS-194). The 18-Right Ventilation Shaft (TR04-44) section is <br />duplicated in the TR07-60 application on revised page 2.05-84.2 of 05/22/07. Note also <br />that the new insertion is under the (5) Topsoil section of unchanged page 2.05-84.1 <br />(07/2/05, MROS-194). Please repaginate the section to eliminate duplication, keep the 18• <br />Right Ventilation Shaft in the SAE section, and place the underflow line project in the <br />SAE section. <br />Item 3. Please change so much of the 18-Right Ventilation Shaft (TR04-44) section that <br />reads "(Exhibit 5, April 2004)" to read "(Exhibit 5, Apri12005 to Exhibit 8T)". <br />Item 4.
