Cemex is not <br />requesting any surety reduction in conjunction with this acreage reduction request, and neither <br />parcel has been disturbed by mining-related activities. <br />Prooertv Ownership <br />The City of Longmont and Poudre Valley Rural Electric Association, Inc. (PVREA) are the <br />owners of the two pieces of property that are the subject of this acreage reduction request. <br />Letters from both of these entities agreeing to the release are attached.
