Long <br />Division Dveaor <br />The Division has received a copy of The Bureau of Land Management's comments <br />regarding a reduction of the woody plant density standards at the Canadian Mine (CDMG <br />permit No. C-81-026, BLM No. COC27931) as proposed by Greystone, a consultant for <br />Slurco Coal Co., the operator of the mine. The Division appreciates BLM's inputs, and we <br />will consider your comments when the operator requests this change from the reclamation <br />plan via the revision process. <br />We have also been apprised of the BLM's desired final fence configuration for the <br />reclaimed mine area.
