EXHIBIT D <br /> RECLAMATION PLANS: <br /> The reclamation plan will consist of regrading the pit sides to a 3:1 slope. Sides will be <br /> graded from existing grade to bottom of excavated area. Reclamation will commence within 60 days of <br /> completion of mining and completed within 90 days thereafter. <br /> FINAL GRADING: <br /> The overburden and pit sides will be graded to a 3:1 slope toward the pit floor. The pit <br /> floor will be graded at a slope of 2% toward the open end to allow for drainage. <br /> Disturbed area will be covered with overburden to conform to surrounding landscape. <br /> SEEDING OF TOPSOIL: <br /> The entire disturbed area will be planted with 6" to 8" of topsoil and weed with a native <br /> grass per recommendation of the Soil Conservation Services. <br /> RECLAMATION COST: <br /> Cost of regrading and seeding will be to the operator's account. <br />
