On May 2, 2001, the Court stayed the above-captioned matter and remanded <br />the Board's April 11, 2001, order to the Boazd's jurisdiction with direction to reconsider the <br />order. <br />2. The Board conducted a hearing on May 23, 2001, to reconsider itc April 10, <br />2001, order that is the subject of this litigation. As a result of the reconsideration heari4ig, the <br />Board vacated the AprII 1 U, lUU 1, order, and entered a new order, issued June 11, 2001. <br />3.
