Our <br />response addresses the points in the same order as your letter. <br />EXHIBIT Q -Linda Bach of our office mailed the requested documentation to you on <br />November 25, 2002. <br />EXHIBIT R -Linda Bach of our office mailed the requested documentation to you on <br />November 5, 2002. <br />EXHIBIT S - We have prepared the attached figure detailing the permanent man-made <br />structures on the site. All of the current mining plans have been approved by Eagle <br />County, the owner of the site, and agreements are in place with Eagle County concerning <br />the permanent man-made structures.
