PERMISSION TO DRILL Westem Fuels-(:obrado, L L..C,, (hereinafter referred to as WFC) is hereby given permission to drill one (1) test holes upon my (our) property, described as the following proximity, to wit: a portion of Seetbns 26, T'ownshfp 47 Nortli Range 16 West, NMPM, Montrose County, Colorado. tt is understood that I (we) will be paid One Hundred Dollars ($1(IO,Im) per hole drilled on my property, the same payable in advance before WFC's entry upon the property.. WFC wig stake each hole to be drilled in conjunction with the Surface Property Owner (Owner). When the holes are staked, WFC will agree with the Owner as to drill rig access to minimize surface disturbance. WFC; will also cooperate with the Owner as to drilling schedule to give Owner at least one week advance notice of drilling.. WFC agrees that it will plug each test hole immediatety upon the completion of the drilling activities at that hole, and upon the completion of the drilling program, herein agrees that it will fill in all holes, ruts and depressions created by the drilling process. Plugging of the holes and reclamation of the disturbed areas will be performed as per the rules of Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. WFC further agrees that upon the completion of the drilling program, ft will remove all debris from the drill sites. 'The undersigned Owner acknowledges that the consideration paid herein constitutes full payment and reimbursement for surface damages occurring at the drilling sites and damages caused by vehicles and equipment during ingress and egress.
