Please be advised that on June ]9, 2001, Baw County, whose address and telephone number are 741 Main St.,
Springfield, CO 81073; [phone], Sled an application to convert M-1978-225-L, McVey Pit, a 110(c)
Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining
and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 9, Township 315, Range SOW, 6th Prime Meridian, in
Baca County. The application decision is scheduled for September 17, 2001.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Baca County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of
the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
