Therefore, we wish to do <br />the following: <br />1. Cancel the request for a partial release of <br />reclamation responsibility and the 3.77 A <br />reduction in acreage, which you say was approved <br />11/26/96. <br />2. Cancel any other actions that might have resulted <br />from this attempted project or any that may be in <br />the works on this particular pit. <br />3. Consider the map you FAXed me 12/3/96 as the <br />permit boundary surviving this exercise (copy <br />attached). <br />4. Summit will mark the boundaries accordingly. <br />There is enough topsoil in the unmined area for reclamation <br />in the future. <br />Thanks for your help in this matter.
