Hard Rock Paving &Redi Mix, Inc. will build an access road to phase #3.
~,~ -1~iY4 - t o l
The reasons for the technical revision to permit #M-84-01 are as follows;
The aggregate is ofhigher quality in phase #3 than it is in phase #1 and
phase #2. The aggregate from phase #3 will be crushed aggregate to be
used in Hot Mix Asphalt for paving approximately 27 miles of Highway
25 during the 2003 construction season.
2. The phase #2 provides higher quality grazing azea than does phase #3
and should be utilized for grazing. Phase #1 has small stockpiles of
crushed material that will also be utilized on the above-mentioned
project. These small stockpiles will be used for shoulder material for
this project. County road 59 will remain the primary access to phase
#3.
3. No imgation ditches or other structures currently occur on site. County
Road 59 will remain the primary access to phase #3.
4. Phase #3 is also vacant land that is ideal for the requirements of this
state highway project. Prior to crushing, the top that covers the azea
will be stripped and stockpiles for use in reclamation of the azea. Hard
Rock Paving &Redi Mix, Inc. will mine-crush from the West boundary
to the East.
Equal Opportunity Employer
