Walther
Executive DveUOr
Michael B Long
Division Dheaor
On March 15, 1999 the Division of Minerals and Geology received the above referenced Acreage
Reduction revision. As we have discussed, current ground conditions would make the location of the
acreage reduction difficult to access at this time. As such, the Division is unable to inspect the site
within the 60-day time limit specified in Rule 4.16.1(5) and hereby notifies Climax Molybdenum
Company that the site will be scheduled for inspection when ground conditions permit. This extension
of the 60-day timeframe is provided for in Rule 4.16.1(5). As we have discussed, you will advise the
Division when ground conditions improve.
Your continued cooperation is appreciated.
