In summ:;ry, the <br />Cedar Heights Lenders request that Option No. 6 be approve3 by the / <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for resolving the drainage :Lssue at <br />the HR-6 location. The other options serve to divert flow out of <br />the HR-6 basin into another sub-basin, which is, in the esr_imation <br />of our engineer, an unacceptable solution to this problem, <br />After you've had an opportunity to review the report, please <br />feel free to call me if you have any questions.
