My letter to you dated
June 7, 1991 (enclosed here) detailed a number of concerns which must be
addressed prior to completing the permit renewal process. The issues
relating to life-of-mine information, road designs and certification, and
surface water control facilities are particularly important.
Please note that the original due date for the Division's proposed decision
on the permit renewal was August 9, 1991 however, due to the issues
identified in the enclosed letter, is being extended to October 9, 1991
as per Rule 2.07:4(2)(b).
Sincerely, ~.,
~.~Z i' ~%
William B.
