We have the following comments. A list is attached showing responses that aze acceptable <br />as submitted. <br />Al. The table of potential impacts is what was needed. The following items require some <br />discussion and/or clarification. <br />c) Please add an explanation of why subsidence will not prevent restoration of the crop <br />productivity of renewable resource lands to premising levels. <br />d) Wherever "renewable resource(s)" occurs in the sections of the permit application <br />related to subsidence, please change it to "renewable resource land(s)". <br />e) Please change monitoring frequencies in Table A-1 to reflect those changes made as a <br />result of comments 86c and 86d, below. <br />f) Please change the annual reporting frequencies in Table A-1 to semi-annual. <br />g) Please quantify in the permit application the thresholds of impact for the following <br />items: renewable resource lands, the three alluvial floors mentioned in comment 112 <br />(below), vegetation damage, and wetlands. A threshold may be quantified by describing <br />examples of impacts that indicate the threshold has been exceeded. <br />38. The Division requested that MCC resume monitoring this season; MCC's response referred <br />to the old text. The Division maintains the original request to resume monitoring on those <br />sites where it had been suspended, as follows: <br />Office of Office of Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey <br />
