The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near <br />Section 25, Township 37.N, Range 7.E, 10th Prime Meridian, in Rio Grande County. The application <br />decision is scheduled for May 12, 1997. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Rio Grande County Clerk & Recorder's office and <br />at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado <br />80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
