LrnrF <br />Diviwnn Drtecmr <br />Craig Grotenhouse, legal counsel for CLC, has requested an informal meeting with the Division <br />on June 9, 1998 at 1:30 P.M. regarding reclamation of the Rex and Owl Canyon Quarries. There <br />will be 3-4 representatives from Colorado Lien Company present, and possibly Mark Davis from <br />the State Land Board. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss current DMG :md CLC <br />interpretations of the existing reclamation plan, whether CLC will seek clazifica[ion of existing <br />reclamation responsibilities from the Board, and whether an amended reclamation plan will be <br />submitted. <br />
