Marcia Talvitie, representative for Four Corners, tells me that the placement <br />of permit boundary markers should be done soon, so very soon we should know where the leaky fluid drums lie in relation <br />to the minerals permit boundary. The drums are obviously located within the coal boundary, but not sure if they are <br />located within the minerals boundary as well.
