Dear Mr. Lawrence:
On August 3, 2001 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted
to [he Division on July 23, 2001, addressing the following:
Incorporating various activities into the permit involving importation, storage and processing of concrete
waste, asphalt waste and crtuhed aggregate. Plus the continued storage of construction equipment in the
southwestern corner of the east permit area, comprised of 0.6 acre.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No.
M-1974-041. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1974-041 remain in full force and effect.
The estimated liability amount of $243,150.00 for the Lawrence Pit, when added to the existing liability amount of
$50,850.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in
the amount of $243,150.00. The revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division.
