' 3.6 Work and Equipment not Included in Budget The project description requires that the third-party sampler would report as duected by the Division to the Contract Administrator and to the Mined Land Recla anon Board. Reporting may also include expert testimony. As it is not known at this t e how much * effort the reporting will involve, no specific hours have been included for thi in the budget. e It is understood that any reporting to the Division or the Boazd would be bill don an hourly basis (see Budget). If expert testimony is required, time for this may be b' ed at a slightly ' higher hourly rate.
