An Assessment <br />Conference was held at the Division of Minerals and Geology office in Denver on December 4, 2000. In <br />attendance at the conference, in addition to you and me was Mrs. Sandra Brown. <br />If you agree with the penalties, please sign the Settlement Agreement within ten (10) days as inswcted on the <br />form.
