Long <br />Division Drreaor <br />Attached please find the Settlement Agreements for the above <br />referenced Cessation Order and Notices of Violation. An <br />assessment conference was held at the Division's office on June <br />18, 1993. In attendance at the conference in addition to <br />yourself and me were Dan Hernandez and Joe Dudash representing <br />the Division. If you agree with the penalties, please sign the <br />settlement agreements within ten (10) days. If you disagree with <br />the penalties, do not sign the agreements. The Division will fix <br />the penalty pursuant to Rule 5.04.3(5). If you have any questons <br />regarding these settlement agreements, please feel free to call <br />me.
