The applicant violator database does not show a tax payer <br />or EIN number for the company and shows Lucy G. Davis as owner. If <br />the company no longer exists, the mining germit should be <br />transferred to Landmark or another eligible entity. <br />In summary, the permittee is covered by public liability insurance <br />as an additional insured. Based on the certificate of insurance, <br />the policy provides insurance that complies with the State program. <br />However, the insurance company regards the permittee as a non- <br />business entity and has added Rimrock because it perceives there is <br />minimal risk.
