Long <br />Division Director <br />R8: Notice of Violation (NOV) C-93-066; Terror Creek Loadout; File <br />No. C-83-059 <br />Dear Mr. Miller: <br />Pursuant to our conversation today, I have enclosed a copy of the <br />above referenced violation which was issued to Terror Creek <br />Company, operators of the Terror Creek Loadout, by the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology (DMG) on April 22, 1993. The violation was <br />issued for exceedance of the Air Emissions permit for coal fines <br />which specifies that this stockpile shall not exceed 8,000 tons. <br />I estimated that the fine coal pile contained approximately 13,127 <br />and 14,835 tons. I have enclosed a memo to the file which details <br />how I obtained the approximate tonnage in the fine coal pile. <br />Please keep the DMG informed regarding any actions taken by the <br />Department of Health.
