. ~:
STATE OF COLORADO
MIMED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
IN THE MATTER OF: Colina Oro Molino, Inc. ) BOARD
P.O. Box 80905 ) ORDER
Seattle, WA 98108 )
TO: Colina Oro Molino, Inc. and all other persons engaged in owning or controlling the
following operation: Gold Hill Mill located in Section 12, T1N, R72W, 6th P.H., in
Boulder County, Colorado.
FINDINGS OF FACT
Pursuant to the authority vested in the State of Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
by C.R.S. 34-$2-124, the~BOard hereby makes the following findings of fact:
1. Colina Oro Molino, Inc. is permitted to conduct a milling operation under the
terms of Permit M-94-117 located in Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 72 west
of the 6th P.H., in Boulder County, Colorado.
2. The Mined Land Reclamation Board conducted a Formal Public Hearing on July 27,
1995 to reconsider a Board Order issued on June 22, 1995 requiring reclamation at
the Gold Hill Mill commence no later than July 28, 1995.
3. During the Formal Public Rearing on July 27, 1995, Colina Oro Molino presented
evidence that a separate reclamation permit had been issued for the Gold Hill
Mill, and argued that issuance of this permit was a demonstration that the mill
could be operated in compliance with the Mined Land Reclamation Act, thus
obviating the basis for the Board's Order to reclaim the Bite.
