(HGTI), enclosed are three (3) copies of an application
for a minor revision to the Hayden Gulch Loadout Permit (C-92-081). Minor Revision No. 15 (MR-
15) presents the placement of a temporary office building mobile trailer at the existing facilities
area.
As was discussed on March 20, 2007 during the site meeting attended by representatives of HGTI
and Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (CDRMS), the temporary office building
mobile trailer will be located adjacent to the existing office/change building trailer. The office
building will be a 12-foot by 60-foot mobile trailer. It will be insulated, electrically heated, lighted
and ventilated. It will not have a water or sewage system connection. The mobile trailer will be
placed on a portion of the existing parking lot area, which is permitted as disturbed. There will be
no increase in the disturbance area as a result of the placement of this mobile office trailer.
Attached are the required application form, insertion instructions and the revised or new material for
updating the PAP. Should you or any other member of the CDRMS have any questions regarding
this information please do not hesitate to contact me at 970-871-6125.
Regards,
Hydro-Environmental Solutions, Inc.
(on behalf of Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. )
~ '.~
John C.
