Long <br />Drvis~on Durclor <br />This letter is to inform you that the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology is proposing to approve a renewal <br />application for a coal mining and reclamation permit. The application was submitted by Hayden Gulch Terminal, <br />Inc. on November 6, 1997, for the Hayden Gutch Loadout. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal hearing <br />before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the first publication of this notice by the Division in <br />[he Hayden Valley Press. <br />The other mine is located approximately 2 miles southeast of Hayden. The permit area is further described as <br />follows: <br />Portions of: E1/2 Sec. 10, W1J2 Sec. 14, EI/2E112 Sec. 15, NE1/4 Sec. 22, NWl/4NW1/4 Sec. 23, Township 6 <br />North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. <br />Copies of the renewal application are available for public review in the Division offices at the above address and at <br />the Routt County Clerk and Recorder's Office.
