Written confirmation that the maximum depth of the gravel pit at any time will be <br />4~ feet. Since no maximum mine depth appeazs in the Mining Plan, we respectfully <br />request that the State specify this in any permit it issues. <br />2. Responses from the Division of Wildlife and the Soil Resource Conservation <br />" Service to Mr Gagliano's May 4, 20041ettets requesting assistance in the <br />preparation of this conversion application. <br />' 3. A copy of the Siefert Spill Prevention Control and Counter Measure Plan, which <br />Mr. Gagliauo agreed to provide during the August 26, 2004 meeting. ~- <br />-t-'rl <br />4.
