In that letter you had requested <br />additional information to aid you in preparing your exhibits and evidence that is needed <br />to be provided to all parties by the due date. I contacted you this afternoon and went item <br />by item and agreed to fax you what we discussed in writing, <br />1) You asked for a written confirmation of the maximum depth of the pit being 45 <br />feet. RESPONSE: I have enclosed a copy of Exhibit " C" from the original <br />permit and EXHIBIT "D" From the conversion application. I also informed you <br />that it would also be part of the condition of the approval. <br />Z) Response from DOW and SRC. RESPONSE: enclosed in the fax are copies of the <br />letters you requested. <br />3) Copies of the SPCC plan from the operator. RESPONSE: As I told you during he <br />pre-hearing conference, the operator can not place any kind of fuel or solvents <br />until the quantity of fuel, solvents etc. etc is provided in advance and the design <br />for the are where these solvents are placed are approved by DMG. It will be part <br />of the conditional approval of the permit. <br />4} Hydrologic data related to the existing gravel permit. RESPONSE: At the time of <br />the 110 approvals in 1991 and during the review of the conversion application did <br />not feel there would be impacts to ground water so no ground water monitoring <br />was approved and none will be recommended. <br />5) A copy of the Storm Water Management permit. RESPONSE: Please contact the <br />Colorado Deparhnent Of health and Environment for the Storm Water <br />Management permit. <br />6) Quantity of Fuel to be stored on site. Response: Please refer to response to item # <br />3. <br />I hope the above addresses your concerns.
