Drawer D Mrchael B. long <br /> <br />Hayden, CO 81639 Division Duecror <br />RE: NOV C-95-006 Modification, Seneca Coal Company, <br />Seneca II W Mine, Permit No. C-82-057. <br />Dear Mr. Altavilla: <br />The Division has modified NOV C-95-006 to include additional provisions of the Act, <br />Regulations and Permit that were violated. Conditions recorded on page IV 1 of the <br />inspection report dated 3/28/95 state that disturbed area drainage from pits A and B <br />reclamation area was concentrated by the Pit Ramp Road. The concentrated flow <br />eroded the gully below the Pit Ramp Road. The Pit Ramp Road is a haul road within <br />the disturbed area and is subject to the regulations listed on this modification. <br />This notice also requires that Seneca Coal Company submit a COMPLETE application <br />for technical revision by April 30, 1995.
