An assessment conference was held at the <br />Division's office on July 13, 1993. In attendance at the <br />conference, in addition to yourself and me, were Tom Gillis <br />representing the Division and Darry Ferguson representing <br />Oakridge Energy Inc. If you agree with the penalty, please sign <br />the settlement agreement within ten (10) days. If you disagree <br />with the settlement agreement, do not sign it. The Division will <br />fix the penalty pursuant to Rule 5:04.3(5) and you may request a <br />Board Hearing. If you have any questions regarding the <br />settlement agreement, please feel free to call me.
