an amendment to Reclamation Permit M-1990-025 with the Colorado Mined Land Redamffiion
Board under provisions of the Coorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extranlion of Construction
Minerals. The proposed amended mine will be known as the Hay Camp Pit (Combined) and is
located in Section 13 and 14, Township 37 North, Range 15 West, New Mexico (10th) P.M.,
Montezuma County, Colorado.
The Proposed date of commencement is October 1st, 2002, and the proposed date of completion
is September 30th, 2012. The proposed fuNre use of the land is rangeland.
