Tab 1. Site notice <br />NOTICE <br />This site is the location of a proposed amendment (expansion) of a construction <br />materials mining operation. Four States Aggregates LLC, PO Box 1568, Cortez, <br />CO 81321-1568, has applied for an amendment to Reclamation Permit M-1990- <br />025 with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the <br />Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Minerals. The <br />proposed mine is known as the Hay Camp Pit (Combined) and is located in <br />Sections 13 and 14, Township 37 North, Range 15 West, New Mexico (10th) <br />P.M., Montezuma County, Colorado, and will including land and operations now <br />being mined by Montezuma County Highway Department under Reclamation <br />Permit M-1985-172. <br />The proposed date of commencement is October 1st, 2002, and the proposed <br />date of completion is September 30th, 2012. The proposed future use of the <br />land is rangeland. <br />Anyone wishing to comment an the application may review the application and <br />obtain additional information and the tentative decision date from the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303} 866-3567, or at the Montezuma County Clerk and Recorder's <br />Office; Montezuma County Courthouse, 109 W. Main, Cortez, Colorado 81321, <br />or the above-named applicant.
