An original of a Coal Reclamation Bond for Use with <br />Corporate Surety-Federal Mines in the amount of $4,250,000 <br />which has been executed by Bowie as principal and The Aetna <br />Casualty and Surety Company as surety. As you will note, the <br />bond bears the corporate seal of Bowie. This original is <br />delivered with the understanding that it is to be retained by <br />the Division only in the event the Division approves the <br />permit transfer to Bowie. <br />2. Copies of the Initial Organization Consent of the Sole <br />Director of Bowie Resources Limited and the Certified Copy of <br />Resolutions and Certificate of Incumbency which should <br />demonstrate that Larry Addington has been duly elected as <br />president of Bowie and has the authority to execute documents <br />on its behalf. <br />3. Copies of revised pages to the permit transfer <br />application which was first submitted on December 29. These <br />pages have been revised to reflect the fact that Bruin Mining <br />I. <br />
