Coal interest is Federa~ <br />and the surtace affected is Federal and private land. The permit area encompass-= <br />es approximately 10,828.71 acres. -~- <br />This proposed decision is based on a finding that the proposed operation wills <br />comply with all requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamatione <br />Act. Section 3A-33-101, et seq., C.R.S., and the regulations promulgated thereon-Y <br />der. '• <br />Copies of the proposed decision, including stipulations; are on file for public in. <br />spection at the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, Centennia; <br />Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 60203. Persons with an interest• <br />that may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a format <br />hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board on the proposed decision.
