Revision Application No. 61 (TR-61) for the Deseradp Mine (Permit No. C-1981-: 018), submitted by Blue Mountain Energy, Inc..Blue Mountain Energy has submit- ted aTechnical Revision to drill four methane degas wells at the Deserado Mine. All surtace disturbances will be limited to approximately 100 z 100 drill~,pads and: approximately 10 x 20 mud pits. The Deserado Mine Is an underground coal mine located in Rio Blancb Countya approximately 7 miles northeast of Rangely, Colorado. Coal interest is Federa~ and the surtace affected is Federal and private land. The permit area encompass-= es approximately 10,828.71 acres. -~- This proposed decision is based on a finding that the proposed operation wills comply with all requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamatione Act. Section 3A-33-101, et seq., C.R.S., and the regulations promulgated thereon-Y der. '• Copies of the proposed decision, including stipulations; are on file for public in. spection at the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, Centennia; Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 60203. Persons with an interest• that may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a format hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board on the proposed decision.
