<br /> <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Wyoming Fuel Co., New Elk Mine, 10250 <br />Highway 12, Western, Colorado 81091, (719)- <br />868-2761, has filed an application to the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO <br />80203 (303) 866-3567 for the transfer of <br />Mining and Reclamation Permit No. C-81-012 to <br />the new company, Basin Resources, Inc. The <br />permit area contains lands in sections 14, <br />15, 22-26, 35 and 36, T33S, R68W, in Las <br />Animas County, Colorado. The location of the <br />lands are shown on the USGS Quadrangle map of <br />Vigil. <br />A copy of the transfer application is <br />available for review at the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Division at the above <br />address.
