The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, hereby issues notice that on March 3, 2006, a minor revision application (MR-26) to the Bear <br />Mine, Permit No. C-1981-033, operated by Bear Coal Company, Inc., P.O. Box 1754, Somerset, CO <br />81428-1754 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. In Minor revision No. 26, Bear Coal <br />Company is proposing to expand on it's current Noxious Weed Control Plan at the Beaz No. 3 mine.
