Hence it may be possible to conduct <br />restricted interseeding or transplanting of native species as allowed by Rule 4.15.7(5). <br />4) In reference to the question of whether the portal area could be exempted as an industrial land use, I <br />will excuse myself from that determination, and stick with vegetative issues.
