Cattany
Division DireROr
Natural/Resource Trustee
On November 8, 2004, the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology approved your request for release of a five
acre undisturbed portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility.
The total permit area acreage was not reduced through the release of these five acres because AR-1, in conjunction
with Amendment No. 1 (AM-1), was part of an acreage swap resulting in no net change in the size of the permit azea.
AM-1 was approved on November 8, 2004 and addressed incorporation of five new acres into the permit azea (Wright
Mine portals and facilities azea, new vent hole sites, and a new waste rock dump area), replacing the five acres
removed by AR-1. Because the permit is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual reports and fees.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (970) 243-6368.
Sincere
Steve S.
