Therefore, Mobile Premix has satisfied the Mal•ch <br />24-25, 1982 stipulation #1 and the operator 15 free to proceed with ~th1s <br />drainage diversion. <br />The Division of Mined Land Reclamation will make a follow up lnspect~lon <br />at some future date to reviev the sediment ponds for function, measure <br />the topsoil stockpiles, and assess the measures taken to protect the <br />topsoil from wind and water erosion. <br />Please feel free to contact me 1f there are any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />..~~> ' ~ <br />James B.
