Access to my property is had through the use of an easement <br />which crosses the srbject gravel pit property. <br />This easement was created at the time my property was subdivided, however, the legal documentation was <br />only recently recorded at We county clerk and recorders office. My property also has a legal easement <br />created by virtue of the doctrine of adverse position. liis[oriplly the road through the gravel pit property <br />to my property has been the recognuxd access to my property. <br />i have advised both Skelton, Inc., and United Companies that 1 have this legal easemem across the gravel <br />pit and have indip[ed to them that I am willing to be somewhat flexible in its laq[ion as 1 understand <br />that the easement now goes through the middle of the pit. 1 will attempt to resolve this matter amipbly <br />with the concerned parties, however, I reserve We right to take any action necessary to protect my property <br />rights. <br />Please consider this letter as my position with regards to the appligtion currently pending with your <br />agen~~. <br />Also inform me of any future hearings. 1 look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. <br />Sincere ` ,It off ,~ - /~ I <br />~ 1 iT~ <br />William~D.
